The purest thing in the world is the heart of the mother, the heart-chakra, the center of the mother. It is the purest thing in the world. It can move God. It can move the universe. It can cause an effect beyond limitation. The heart of the mother is the greatest power of Infinity ever given to any finite being. YB

Introducing…

CONSCIOUS PREGNANCY TRAINING AUSTRALIA🌷

A Sacred Path to Motherhood Begins Here

We’re thrilled to bring you this transformative Conscious Pregnancy training in Australia in 2025, led by the inspiring Jai Ram Kaur, Shama Kaur, and Siri Neel Kaur! Join us live on the Central Coast (Ettalong) and in Perth — or participate fully online from anywhere in the world.

Pregnancy is so much more than a physical process—it is a deeply spiritual, emotional, and energetic transformation. Whether you’re preparing to conceive, navigating pregnancy, readying for birth, or embracing the early stages of motherhood, the Conscious Pregnancy Journey offers profound teachings and embodied tools to move through each stage with grace, strength, and clarity.

Rooted in the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga and taught in the tradition of 3HO Women, this immersive 6-day (48 hour) course, taught in three 2 day modules offers a profoundly healing experience.

For those who would like to certify to pass on the wisdom acquired in the course, we offer a 4th optional additional 3 day module that dives into the practical essentials of teaching Pregnancy Yoga to others.

You’ll join a supportive circle of women, mothers, healers, and birth workers to:

🌿 Awaken your intuitive power
🌿 Deepen your connection with your soul and the soul of your baby
🌿 Strengthen your nervous system and emotional resilience
🌿 Reclaim your sacred role as a conscious mother and guide

Whether you are currently pregnant, preparing to become a mother, or seeking to support others through this sacred rite of passage, this training is for you.
